Prints are sent directly from the Artist. We don’t sell any work that we have bought or found. All work on the site has been produced and will be dispatched by artist.

All items for sale will be signed or initialled by the artist and most are numbered editions.

Digital prints may come with an additional certificate of authenticity from the printers.

A lot of the prints and other items on the site, are numbered editions. Sometimes, in the shop, you can select the number of the edition you’d like to purchase. In some cases, where the prints vary noticeably within an edition, when you select a number, the items image will change to show a photograph of the actual print you’ll be buying. Generally, the first image you see when you come to a particular items page, will be reasonably accurate colour-wise. Additional images are there to show any variation in marks and design of the print run.

For prints where there is little or no variation throughout the edition, you can include a message with your purchase to request a particular number, but the image shown on the page is illustrative of what you will receive.

All prints are sent unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated.

All work is shipped by the artist directly, so dispatch and delivery times will vary between artists. We try and encourage speedy dispatch (within one working day) but this will vary. You can check the expected shipping times on each item page, in the shipping info box under the image.

All items will be shipped with insurance cover, to the value of the artwork and generally sent by 1st class / next day or 48hr services. Some larger items may be sent by a slower method.

International Shipping

Prices on the site do not include shipping outside the UK. However, we are very happy to ship worldwide, at cost, and eventually, we will be adding this feature to the shop.

Please send us a message if you’re interested in making a purchase from outside the UK and we can send you a quote for shipping.

Payments are handled through Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay using your card, but all transactions are handled through their secure servers.

If you enter your shipping information into the Blot Factory site, it is also protected by an encrypted SSL certificate.

For those with Paypal accounts, there is a Paypal express checkout option, which allows for a speedier checkout, but shipping has to be to the address of the Paypal account. If you need to enter a specific shipping address, use the ‘checkout’ option and enter shipping details.

We always try to provide accurate size, descriptive information and photographs of printed things, on the site. However, we realise artwork can look different in the flesh. For this reason, Blot Factory offers a 14 day return policy. We will happily refund or exchange your purchase, for any reason.

Please note: you will need to pay the return postage for the item, and we will send a refund of your original purchase price, as soon as it is back with us safely. We are unable to refund return postage unless the item has been damaged in transit.
